The joint venture between WAPCOS and Aim Texas has successfully been selected as a shortlisted candidate for the consultancy services regarding the “Technical Supervision of Civil Works at the Sulaiman-Too and Uzgen Historical and Architectural Complexes” (RFP Reference No.: IDA-REDP-CS-QCBS-2021-7). The Community Development and Investment Agency of the Kyrgyz Republic (ARIS) has directed this Request for Proposals (RFP) specifically to the consultants who have made it to the shortlist.

A firm will be selected under Consultant’s qualifications-based selection (QBS) procedures and in a Simplified Technical Proposal (STP) format as described in this RFP.
The assignment will be executed in four (4) phases, which are as follows:
Phase 1 | : Detailed engineering Design (DED) review phase | |
Phase 2 | : Pre-Construction Phase | |
Phase 3 | : Construction Phase | |
Phase 4 | : Post-Construction Phase |
This assignment shall continue until the construction of each facility/asset is completed and the handover certificate is signed, and is estimated as 22 months (if necessary, the contract with the SC shall be extended upon mutual agreement). The contract type will be time-based.
