Aim Texas Consultants, in a joint venture with WAPCOS Limited from India, participated in a consultancy tender for the selection of a Consulting Company responsible for providing technical supervision of construction works at the Sulaiman-Too (STC) and Uzgen Historical-Architectural Complex (UHAC) (Ref No. – IDA-REDP-CS-QCBS-2021-7). WAPCOS Limited acts as the lead consultant, while Aim Texas Consultants is a joint venture member.
The funding for the project will be provided by the World Bank. The project’s objective is to deliver meticulous engineering design (DED) review services and technical supervision for civil works on selected investments at the Sulaiman-Too Complex (STC) and Uzgen Historical-Architectural Complex (UHAC). The Consultant’s services must adhere to the applicable regulations of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as the relevant guidelines and documents set by UNESCO. These include the Convention on the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage and the Operational Guidelines for implementing the World Heritage Convention. Furthermore, all relevant policies, standards, and guidelines of the World Bank, including environmental and social framework (ESF) standards, must be diligently followed.
