On August 16, 2021, Aim Texas Consultants successfully secured a contract to develop the Communication and Outreach Strategy and organize the Communication Campaign for the Employment Support Project in Azerbaijan. This project is funded by the World Bank.
The contract will span a duration of 48 months, divided into two distinct phases. Phase one, referred to as the “Soft Launch Period,” will encompass approximately 12 months dedicated to preparing and obtaining approval for the Communication and Outreach Strategy and Implementation Action Plan (IAP). Following this, phase two, known as the “Hard Launch Period,” will extend for 36 months. During this phase, the focus will shift to organizing the communication campaign activities, including the design of various print materials (such as brochures, leaflets, flyers, posters, billboards, etc.) for distribution to relevant departments and beneficiaries. Additionally, the campaign will involve featuring messages and slogans in public spaces such as metro stations, public transport bus stops, public buses, billboards, etc. Furthermore, preparations will be made for a TV promo/video to be aired on television and radio jingles for broadcasting on local and national radio stations.
The Consultant will provide support to the Client in enhancing the communication skills of the staff at the State Employment Agency (SEA) and DOST centers through comprehensive training. Additionally, during the Hard Launch period, the Consultant will assist the SEA in organizing the communication campaign activities, including preparing and releasing press releases and posting on social media platforms to announce relevant information.
